Anne Lassahn founded Lassahn Fiduciary Services, now Stiles Partners, in 2001 and has been successfully providing fiduciary services to San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties ever since. She has been on the referral list for the probate court in San Mateo County since 2004, and she brings many years of business management and care service experience from the five years she ran a home care agency and the two years she was in upper management at a very large retirement community. Her unique background allows her to serve her clients with absolute professionalism and extreme compassion.

She specializes in the administration of trusts, conservatorships and wills.
She has extensive experience in managing multi-million dollar estates that contain diverse investments such as commercial real estate holdings, foreign investments, and mineral rights.
She holds a Masters degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Administration.

Kelsey Stiles is the CFO for Stiles Partners and became a Partner in 2014. Kelsey has been a Private Professional Fiduciary and Accounting Manager for the firm since 2010. She specializes in probate and trust administration, conservatorships and accountings. Kelsey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2009 where she was also a four-year member of the nationally ranked Cal Poly Women's Club Volleyball Team. In the spring of 2008, she studied abroad in Thailand where she developed an interest in different cultures, food and people, as well as international business relations. Kelsey was most recently President of the San Mateo County Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) Chapter from 2018-2025 and previously served as Treasurer from 2016-2018. She was also the Varsity Volleyball Coach for Aragon High School in San Mateo from 2010-2018 (2018 CCS Champions). She enjoys cycling, hiking, waterskiing, playing volleyball, traveling and spending time with her family, friends, husband (Marlon) and kids, Taylor (2018), Kaisa (2020) and Emri (2024).

Karin Stiles Williams re-joined Stiles Partners in 2019 after earning her CPA license at a public accounting firm in Mountain View, CA. As a partner, she specializes in tax administration and planning for trusts and estates, individuals and businesses as well as preparation of court and forensic accountings. Karin earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Chico where she was a member of the nationally ranked Chico State Women’s Club Volleyball Team and was Treasurer of the Team for two years. She is a board member of the Swedish Club of San Francisco Bay Area and an active volunteer for Cake4Kids, a non-profit delivering birthday cakes to underprivileged children. Karin and her sisters founded The Dave Stiles Foundation, a non-profit in memory of her father to support local schools and community members. In her spare time Karin enjoys traveling, hiking, baking and teaching indoor cycling classes.

Jenice Downend joined Stiles Partners in May of 2015 and is the head of the Accounting Department. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2015 with a Business Administration - Management concentration. Jenice obtained her Fiduciary License in July 2024 and is currently an associate member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) and the San Mateo Bar Association. Prior to working at Stiles Partners, Jenice had been in the hospitality management industry for over ten years. In her free time, Jenice dances with a Tahitian dance group in San Francisco. She had the opportunity to travel to Tahiti in July 2018 and again in November 2022.

Jessica Wilkinson joined Stiles Partners in April 2017. Prior to Stiles Partners, she worked at US Bank for 11 years as a personal banker. Jessica is also a Notary Public. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her three daughters.

Nicole Quadt
Nicole Quadt re-joined Stiles Partners in January 2022. She first worked for Lassahn Fiduciary Services from 2014-2019 and then took time off to stay home with her two children. Prior to that, Nicole studied Business/Real Estate and Land Use at California State University, Sacramento and worked at Wells Fargo Bank for 11 years. She’s an avid Waterfowl Conservationist who spends much of her free time outdoors with her husband and children.

Laura Callagy, MA, CMC, CDP
Laura Callagy, MA, CMC has been the Director of Care Management at Stiles Partners since June 2021. She has 30 years of experience serving the elderly population. Laura worked at an adult day health program and for the Federal government in both the Social Security Administration and the Medicare program. Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a certificate in Gerontology from Santa Clara University and a Master of Arts degree from San Francisco State University in Gerontology. She is a certified care manager and member of ALCA. She has a graduate certificate from University of California, Berkeley in Aging and Mental health and a graduate certificate in Palliative Care from the University of Colorado. She also completed the certificate program in Fiduciary Management at California State University, Fullerton in September 2023. She has served on the Ombudsman board of directors and the San Mateo County disabilities board. In her spare time, she enjoys her family which includes her husband Mark and her five children.

Heather Calonico
Heather Calonico is the Assistant Care Manager for Stiles Partners. Prior to joining in January 2022, she worked as a Patient Care Coordinator in Stanford’s Oncology department for five years. At a young age she knew she wanted to work in the medical/healthcare field, so care management is the perfect fit. In her spare time Heather loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Kelly Bartholomew is the administrative assistant for Stiles Partners. Prior to joining Stiles Partners in September 2022, Kelly worked as a banker and an assistant in a medical office. She also has her certificate in medical billing and coding. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time at home with her family.

Trudy Edelson
Trudy Edelson joined Stiles Partners in January 2024 after a 30-year career in technology communication consulting. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. After experiencing several significant losses, Trudy pursued her fiduciary certificate and became a licensed professional fiduciary in 2022. She has a personal background managing complex trusts, and prior to starting with Stiles Partners, she worked with clients to help them better organize their assets in preparation for fiduciary assistance. In her spare time, Trudy enjoys traveling with her two children, hiking, and practicing yoga.

Amy Hofmann
Amy Hofmann is an Administrative Assistant for Stiles Partners, having joined the company in July 2024. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of San Diego and a Master's Degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Pacific Oaks College. Amy’s professional background includes roles as a Teacher, Director, and Clinical Supervisor, working closely with autistic children and their families.

Elizabeth Laine is the bookkeeper for Stiles Partners. She joined the company in June 2024. She has an advanced diploma and an Intuit Bookkeeping Certificate. She was a Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant for five years prior to joining Stiles Partners. When she’s not working, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and going to beach.

Nho Cabrera
Nho is the Accounting Manager for Stiles Partners, having joined the firm in December 2025 to provide support with financial tasks and preparation of court and forensic accountings. Nho holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from New York University. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two children and husband. She also enjoys running and creating new recipes for her family.

Marcela Nadel, MBA
Marcela joined Stiles Partners in February 2026. She holds a Bachelor's in Art History and Religious Studies from the University of Oregon and a Master's in Business Administration from Esade Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Marcela's professional background includes Operations roles in art and cultural institutions, design and hospitality start-ups, and real estate finance in the Bay Area and New York City. Marcela enjoys spending time with her family, working on her Spanish skills, volunteering, playing beach volleyball, and making art.
